By using and buying from this website you accept these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any booking.

THERAPIES & COACHING
Descriptions of therapies are based on recognised professional criteria for each therapy.

BOOKINGS & CANCELLATIONS
Cressingham Hypnotherapy have a booking and cancellation policy. I have always had the policy of charging for unattended appointments or those giving less than 24 hours notice.

Due the large number of non-attendees I have had to introduce the following policy - all bookings will require a minimum 50% deposit or be paid in full or it will not be regarded as a firm booking. If you book by telephone you will be asked to pay by 'card' or bring your payment into the centre at least 24 hours before the appointment. Failure to do so will result in your appointment being cancelled.

When you book subsequent appointments you will be expected to pay for it at that time.
Should you have to cancel that appointment and you re-book the fee will be credited to the new one. Should you no longer require the therapy paid for the fee may be credited against a different therapy or refunded. If you do not attend or re-book the fee paid will cover the unattended appointment and no refunds will be given.

Cheques are only accepted in advance with enough time to clear before treatment starts.

Richard Wain charges for his time not the therapy that occurs in that time. All hypnosis work is a natural process and its effects vary from person to person dependant on the recipients ability to conform to the process and any aftercare procedures. As such some people may find it highly effective and others will find only a slight effect on their condition. Therefore no warranty is given to the effects of hypnosis or coaching and refunds are not issued as you are paying for Richard Wain's time and you will have had this.

Employing Richard Wain to use hypnosis or NLP on you is acceptance of these terms and conditions.
