Tailia gives talks to educational and medical professionals about ADHD. These are through ADHD Care Pathway Training, (a Kent multi-agency initiative). Every couple of months they run training courses for parents of ADHD children and once a year they hold a two day seminar for teachers, educationalist and members of the medical/psychological professions.

She has been an aerobics instructor, personal trainer and Muay Thai boxing athlete but her life suddenly changed direction when her son was diagnosed with ADHD. Tailia attended specialist courses and mastered techniques and strategies based on CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) to help her son manage his condition. It is her expertise in this area that has given her the recognition to talk to educationalists and medical professionals.

It was almost by accident that Tailia noticed that her new skills were having a beneficial effect on those around her. She realised that to get the best from others it was as important to work on their mind as well as their body. It is her mission to help others develop a more positive outlook about their life and relationship with them self and those around them.

Tailia specialises in working with children, (and adults), with ADHD and teaching parents how to cope with the difficulties of living with an ADHD child.

Tailia writes articles for various magazines, hardcopy and online, and is studying psychology at the OU. She had a successful career in modeling, TV presenting and acting* which she has given up to concentrate on her hypnotherapy and coaching work.

Her advertising work includes; French Connection Fashion vs Style campaign, Lloyds Pharmacy and Olympics Back the Bid 2012 campaign. She has featured in; Vogue, More, Women’s Fitness and Women's Health & Fitness magazines.
